A new weight system for heavy goods vehicles with waste material was put into operation by Kuzbasskiy SKARABEY.
Weighing of incoming cars is carried out with full drive to the platform. Uniform weight distribution coupled with high precision equipment minimize the error in the measurement. Weighing time has halved due to full process automation: the camera reads the car number and transfers the data to the programme; driving through the platform is controlled by traffic light.
Total there are 3 weight points at the enterprise, two of which are for axle weighing. Determination of the load on each machine axle ensures compliance with heavy vehicle regulations when delivering plant products to customers.
