The 12th educational manufacturing cluster will be founded in Kuzbass. Relevant partnership agreement was signed by Minister of Education of Kuzbass Sofia Balakireva, managers of several production companies of the region and directors of six colleges.
Among signatories General Director of Kuzbasskiy SKARABEY Dmitriy Razuvaev. The enterprise will assist in improving the material and technical base of technical colleges – the participants of the project, that will be training people for paper production. The production and technical schools will cooperate on the development of educational programmes. Specialists of companies that have pedagogical skills, will take part in educational process as teachers and masters of industrial training.
Kuzbasskiy SKARABEY Interacts with the secondary schools of Kuzbass on a permanent basis. Students undergo a production, pre-graduation internship at the plant in the number of occupations. Practice is to be paid by the way. After trying out their skills, some of the kids stay in the business after graduation.
