Paper and Cardboard Company has joined the federal project «Labor Productivity»

Paper and Cardboard Company, which together with Kuzbasskiy SKARABEY is a group of companies for the production of paper and cardboard from waste paper, has become a participant in the federal project «Labor Productivity».

With the expert support of the Regional Competence Center, the enterprise optimizes production processes. The work will be carried out within the framework of the national project «Effective and Competitive Economy», which was initiated by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

The working team, which included specialists from the Regional Competence Center and representatives of the enterprise, began analyzing one of the production lines throughout the entire technological cycle - from the receipt of waste paper to the shipment of finished products. After diagnosis, lean tools will be selected to identify and eliminate losses, optimize operations, and reduce overall process times.

The company implements lean technologies to improve work efficiency, increase labor productivity and improve product quality without increasing costs. At the first stage, the employees of the pilot site will master new approaches with the support of experts. After six months, the proven solutions will be implemented on other production lines of the group of companies.
