On September 11 at the VIII Eastern Economic Forum Kuzbass Governer Sergey Tsivilev and Director of OOO «UK «Ecoimpuls» Sergey Gutov signed an agreement to establish industrial park «Prigorodniy» where «Kuzbasskiy SKARABEY» will locate the 3rd stage of the plant.
Companies collecting, selecting, disposing recyclables and making products from secondary raw materials will get preferential conditions for work at the industrial park. Kuzbasskiy SKARABEY has already submitted an application to host the recycling production with the capacity of 240K tons of waste paper per year. Corrugated cardboard production with the capacity of 180 million square metres per year will also appear in the new park.
«The industrial park «Prigorodniy» creation will increase the investment attractiveness of Kuzbass and jump-start to the complex development of the territory. Over 300 jobs will be created. The employees will be provided housing within the agreement. Besides the additional modern recycling production operation will allow to improve substantially the environment in the region», – Sergey Tsivilev noted.
It is planned to invest nearly 650 million rubles to the engineering infrastructure of the new park. It will provide the conditions for realization investment projects worth 10 billion rubles. Industrial buildings and communications will be crated to meet the demands of the residents.
