«Bumaga I Karton» Company summed up the results of 3 months of the implementation of the program to increase labor productivity, which became a participant in the beginning of 2026.
As part of the Awareness Day, employees were told about the results of the work done and plans for the remaining implementation period. Thus, the analysis of the pilot stream «Optimization of the production process» at the reference site revealed 12 problems, 5 of which became key in the formation of losses. Their elimination formed the basis of the strategy to achieve the target state. During the control period, 4 problems were completely eliminated, and 12 were partially resolved.
The production analysis of the reference area identified 3 system problems for which operational standards were developed. Also, within the framework of the project, faulty or unused equipment was dismantled and temporary storage places were organized, some of the employees' workplaces were organized in accordance with the principles of the 5S system, etc. Finally, 5 steps to the goal of the pilot project were identified, the implementation of which the program participants will devote the remaining 3 months.
