Double-shaft horizontal glue press is located at the drying part of cardboard machine and is intended for making coated cardboard. After passing gluing press paper fabric is dried and put on the machine calender to give the final gloss.
As a result of passing gluing press paper fibers are being resealed that improves physical and mechanical properties of cardboard, for example tape adhesion. Besides the opportunity to produce cardboard with top white layer occurs. Both features are important for producing high-quality corrugated cardboard.
