Dmitriy Razuvaev launched the Labor Productivity program

On February 17, a kick-off meeting of the Paper and Cardboard Company team was held on a program to increase labor productivity. It was opened by the first deputy minister of economic development of Kuzbass Anton Efremov. He spoke about the importance of the federal project «Labor Productivity» for Kuzbass, its goals and objectives in the current economic conditions.

Dmitriy Razuvaev, Executive Director of Paper and Cardboard, spoke about the reasons for the company's participation in the Program, as well as the prospects that he opens for the company as a whole and each employee.

Earlier, Paper and Cardboard which is part of a group of companies under the Kuzbasskiy skarabey brand, became a participant in a federal project in Kuzbass. At the first stage, specialists of the working group of the employees of the enterprise were trained under the guidance of trainers of the Regional Competence Center. Over the next 3 months, the team, using the acquired skills, will study and analyze production processes. After diagnosis, an action plan will be drawn up, within the framework of which improvements will be implemented in the remaining 3 months.

After completing the expert support of the RCC, the enterprise will independently optimize production processes for 2.5 years. The key indicator in accordance with the agreement is a consistent increase in labor productivity by 5% annually for 3 years. This will give the company stability in the market, will allow finding additional resources to improve working conditions, including wage growth, and will also lay a good foundation for future projects to expand the industrial site.
