Representatives of the administration of the Tomsk region within the frames of business trip visited Kuzbasskiy SKARABEY plant where they were acquainted with the experience of creating a large-scale production for processing waste paper.
The delegation included Deputy Governor of the Tomsk Region for Economy, Investment Policy and Property Vasiliy Potyomkin, Deputy Governor – Chief of Staff of Tomsk Oblast Natalia Kiselyova, heads of departments.
