During a week mechanics, electricians, locksmiths of the plant will get acquainted with the bearings replacement technology, special equipment and tools for diagnostics and repair of rotating elements, to acquire theoretical knowledge and practice. The studying will complete by passing exams and receiving certificates.

In November, 2023 the companies signed an agreement on the establishment of a Kemerovo factory consignment warehouse of bearings. Spare parts storage within walking distance of production allows to replace them in minimal terms and also significantly reduces the cost of purchasing.
