On February 8, 2023 the first meeting of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the Circular Economy Development and Ecology took place. The Council had been established instead of the eponymous Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. During the meeting chaired by Russian State Duma deputy Andrey Kuzbasskiy SKARABEY general director Dmitry Razuvaev was admitted to the Council together with 140 members of reorganized committees.
Kuzbasskiy SKARABEY is a member of the Kuzbass Chamber of Commerce and Industry since was established in 2002. For more than 20 years, the company has been taking a position of the largest recycling enterprise in Kuzbass and is really a backbone for the regional circular economy. In 2022 the plant increased its capacity 4 times because of new manufacturing line KDM-2 – to 120 thousand tons of wasted paper per year that will allow to make annual contributions to the tax services in amount of 800 mln rubles.
