Summer labour shift has started in Kuzbasskiy SKARABEY

On June 3 sixteen teenagers aged 14 to 17 started work at the Kuzbasskiy SKARABEY plant within the summer labour shift.

The Company has been practicing employment of minors the third year running. There are employees’ children among these guys; some of them work during summer holidays every year. Teenagers’ work is not connected with production. They are offered simple tasks like clean-up of the premises and landscaping. They don’t have to go to work alone - service bus brings and takes young employees together with other staff.

The working day of teenagers lasts from 4 to 7 hours in dependence with the age. The salary is 14-25 thousand rubles without counting 2 094 rubles payed by city employment centre. All teenagers are officially employed, provided with clothing and personal protective equipment.
