Bumaga I Karton Company lean instructors have begun line staff training

Deputy Head for Social and Corporate Policy Maria Izotova and Head of Warehousing Artak Kharazyan, previously passed the selection of candidates for instructors as part of a project to improve productivity. Today, they already independently conduct trainings on the main tools of lean production, involving more and more company employees in the process of continuous improvement.

So, at the training «7 types of losses» employees are introduced to the concepts of «client», «value», «stream of value creation», explain how losses occur in work processes and teach them to find them in real production conditions.

As part of the 5S System training, employees are taught to use tools to improve their workplaces, making them more comfortable, safe and productive.

«Mapping» is a training that explains what material and information flows of value creation are, the rules of mapping, and also teaches how to draw up an enlarged map of the current state and apply mapping in practice.
